The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services will host an Aug. 11 conference call for hospitals on the Medicare and Medicaid incentive programs for electronic health records. The call will review specifics such as who is eligible to participate, the size of the incentives, participation and payment milestones, and how to report on "meaningful use" measures. The agency will hold a similar call on Aug. 12 for both hospitals and individual practitioners, and a call for eligible professionals on Aug. 10. The calls are scheduled for 2-3:30 p.m. Eastern Time.
